Jill Crook – Office Manager
I have been in the dental field since 1984, first as an assistant and then front office in general dentistry, I have worked in Orthodontics since 1997 as a Treatment Coordinator and Office Manager and have loved every minute of it! I am extremely fortunate to manage this office with 2 fantastic Doctors and a wonderful team.
In my time off from the office, I enjoy spending time at the beach with my husband and 2 grown boys, reading and baking.
Lisa Brown – Treatment Coordinator/ Marketing Director
As treatment coordinator, I greet each patient with a warm smile and attempt to make him or her feel right at home as I go over treatment options and answer any questions they might have.
I have been a member of the team since 1997. We want each patient to feel like part of our family when they visit the office. What I love about orthodontics is the opportunity to get to know patients and assist in providing a beautiful smile.
During my off time, I enjoy cooking, being outdoors and rolling down the highway on my Harley motorcycle.
Mary Quesada – Scheduling Coordinator
I have worked in orthodontics for 15 years. Dr. Smith, Dr. Garcia and our friendly team are wonderful to work with. I always look forward to seeing our patient's excitement when they get their braces off!
When I'm away from the office I enjoy going to the beach, and the desert with my family. Enjoy baking and reading.
Michelle Perez – Scheduling Coordinator, R.D.A.
I have been in orthodontics for 22 years. I joined Dr. Smith and Dr. Garcia and this great team in 2007 and have loved every minute of working here. In my off time I enjoy going to the desert with my family and friends and riding my quad. I also enjoy playing Women's indoor soccer. I have been in dentistry for 20 years and with Smith & Garcia Orthodontics since 2004. The best part of working at Smith & Garcia is the relationships we establish with our patients throughout their treatment time.
Away from the office, you would most likely find me at Starbucks, catching up with my girlfriends, indulging in the sun, enjoying a great concert and vacationing.
Marianne Hafer, R.D.A. – Lab Coordinator
I graduated in 1992 from Mesa College in San Diego and obtained my first job in orthodontics that same year. My husband and I moved to Temecula in 2003. I then started with the practice in the summer of 2004.
Staying in shape is one of my priorities. That’s why I run every morning before work. I have run several marathons in the past and also like to play tennis. On my days off, my husband and I enjoy discovering new places, either traveling in a small private plane or on a motorbike.
I feel very lucky to work with two great doctors. It’s very rewarding to see patients come in the office that are not happy with their smile, but after two years, they can’t stop smiling.

I have worked in orthodontics for 29 years. In 1980, I earned an associate's degree from Cypress College. I have worked at this practice for 5 years. My hobbies include skiing, dirt bike riding, scuba diving and being outdoors. I love to see patients that are excited about changing their smile and feeling better about themselves.
Robin Ridgway, R.D.A.
I love helping to make beautiful smiles. Drs. Smith and Garcia are very personal with each patient and treat the staff wonderful. I earned my credentials from the Regional Occupational Program in 1982 and have worked in orthodontics for 25 years, with a little over 5 years at this practice.
I love orthodontics because I have the opportunity to really get to know and visit with each patient. When I’m away from the office, I enjoy scrapbooking, and camping with my family and friends. My husband and I have 2 children, 3 cats, 1 dog, and have been married since 1983.

I have been with Dr. Smith and Dr. Garcia since 1998 and have worked in orthodontic field since 1980. I feel fortunate to work with two great doctors and wonderful co-workers. The most satisfying part of my job is watching our patients confidence grow as they achieve their perfect smile.
Away from the office, my husband and i enjoy traveling to new places. I also enjoy cooking, entertaining our family and friends, and the beach.
Dani Sisson
I have worked in the orthodontic field since 1997, and have thoroughly enjoyed it. I love to see the change in the patients smile. They become a whole new person from the day they start braces to the day that they get them off.
During my time off, my husband and our son enjoy going on vacation with our family and friends. We love going to the desert, river and snow skiing.
